Soft Shoe has been providing shoes to Richmond and surrounding counties since 1983. Since 1987, we have been in our current location on the EKU By-Pass. As our business and customer base has grown, so has our selection. By the beginning of 2014, Soft Shoe’s brand selection has grown to include over 100 brands of footwear for women, men, and children.
The employees of Soft Shoe all have one thing in common. They enjoy finding the right pair of shoes for each customer, one pair at a time. It’s the personal attention to each customer that sets us apart. Our goal is simple. Take care of our customers and do everything we can to send you out the door happy. This is an art that we’ve spent over thirty years perfecting, and we’re good at it!
A Richmond resident from birth, Charlie was excited to bring a new shoe store to Richmond in 1983. Charlie has made a career of finding out what kind of items the people of Richmond love, and bringing them to our town so our residents wouldn’t have to drive to Lexington unnecessarily. Charlie still works in the store daily. Contact Charlie
