Yes you can. We just launched our NEW Online Store at https://thesoftshoe.myshopify.com/. The same great selection, quality brands, affordable prices and customer service, but online for the safety and convenience of our staff and customers.
We’re open for Curbside Pickup (as of March 15, 2020)
Refunds or Exchanges are gladly given on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with original receipt AND box. Returns without receipt or after 30 days will be exchange only. We do not accept returns on worn shoes. The ONLY exception is for boots that include a manufacturer’s 30 day comfort guarantee.
Our cashiers always ask for your 10 digit phone number when you check out. Your phone number is your account number for our system at Soft Shoe. If you gave us your phone number, we almost certainly have a record of your purchase.
Monday – Saturday 10 am – 8 pm, Sunday 1 pm – 6 pm We are always closed on Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
We receive new shipments of shoes every week day! If there is a size or style that we are missing during your visit, we very well may have it coming in the next day. Check out our Weekly Featured Products section to see the latest styles of shoes, accessories & apparel that have just arrived.
There are several brands within the store that we are able to special order if your size isn’t in the store. We do not special order styles we don’t carry.
If a shoe in our store is available in multiple widths, we almost always stock them. Narrow widths are often ignored by shoemakers, but we strive to carry as many as possible. Wide widths are far more commonly produced and we literally have hundreds of styles available in wides.
