This is the most wonderful time of the year! The Soft Shoe family especially loves this time of the year as we help our many loyal customers find quality and unique gifts for their friends and family. But it’s also the time of year we offer really amazing giveaways! Earlier this month, we gave away a John Deere Grand Loader, a pair of Muck Boots, a pair of tickets to the Nutcrakers at the EKU Performing Arts Center, and Timberland Pro work shoes and we congratulate all our lucky winners who received those holiday giveaways! So what’s in store for remaining days leading up to Christmas?
Our next amazing toy giveaway will be on December 13th and then another on the weekend of December 17-18th! We will be giving away one Peg Perego Polaris Outlaw for boys and one for girls. Help a Kid “Walk in Jimmy’s Shoes”
Help make the holidays special for Madison County kids in need with a new pair of shoes. You can help! Just bring in any NEW pair of size 7-12 shoes to Jack Burford Chevrolet or Soft Shoe now through December 11, 2016. We’ll deliver the donated shoes for distribution to the students just in time for the holidays. In addition, Soft Shoe is offering a 10% discount for any new pair of regularly prices shoes (excludes sale items) purchased in their store for donation.
It’s not too late to bless a child with a pair of new shoes for Christmas! We have a lot of 50% off items you could buy and donate. Even if you don’t buy the shoes from us, please consider helping. This is a great program started by Jack Burford Chevrolet in memory of their good friend and staff member, Jimmy Lowery. The drive is sponsored by Jack Burford Chevrolet, Soft Shoe in Richmond, Madison County Schools, Coyote WOYO 100.7, and The Dog 106.7.
Last year, Madison County Schools received more than 100 pairs of new shoes and over $600 in donations for the purchase of new shoes for middle and high school students in the community from the “Walk in Jimmy’s Shoes” shoe drive.
