Traditional Easter Sunday attire includes dresses and hats (often referred to as Easter bonnets) for women and suits for men. However, formal Easter attire is being replaced by more casual clothes in many regions of the United States.

Styles that are finding their way on the Spring catwalks are: sandals with wrapped leather, buckles or ribbons that tie at the ankles; the platform heel or the flatform heel is back (which is all height but none of the pitch); the kitten heel (a curvy heel between 1 and 2 inches in height); athletic inspired boots to enhance the sneaker look, and booties (short ankle height boots) are still in – even in Spring.
